After completing a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, she founded All For Women Healthcare in Chicago in 2013, Dr. Tam has become a cornerstone of advanced gynecologic care in the city. Her practice has been designated a Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology (COEMIG) since its early days, and she herself is an SRC-accredited Master Surgeon of Excellence in the same specialty—distinctions awarded only to those who meet rigorous standards for quality and safety in surgical care.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Tam holds leadership roles at several Chicago-area hospitals.
