excellent experience, any procedure that should have “caused pain” was absolutely painless. i felt listened to and heard. wait times were short and the receptionist was also kind and helpful.

Adrienne has been so helpful and knowledgeable on my path into perimenopause/ menopause, which can be so confusing and frustrating. She has been an amazing support and really takes the time to explain and listen. I highly recommend her for any women going through this process!

The care plan seemed appropriate, but the provider was late to the telehealth appointment and sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I had requested to see Dr. Tam online, received email confirmation, and even called to verify the appointment. However, no one informed me that I wouldn't be seeing Dr. Tam that day, which could have been clarified during my call.
