The care plan seemed appropriate, but the provider was late to the telehealth appointment and sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I had requested to see Dr. Tam online, received email confirmation, and even called to verify the appointment. However, no one informed me that I wouldn't be seeing Dr. Tam that day, which could have been clarified during my call.

I am on Tamoxifen so need monitor for the side effects. Lindsey is very nice and understanding and patient, she explained well and gave an exam and comforted my concerns. Highly recommend for her professionalism and kindness.
