Lindsey was efficient and quick, but definitely pretty cold and didn’t make me feel very welcome or comfortable. If anything, it felt like she was rushing to get through my appointment and get me out of there.

My experience with Dr Tam was excellent- 5 star for sure. The big challenge was that I had to wait for too long. My apt was for 930. I arrived 10-15 mins early. I was told the apt would only last as long as I needed to speak to the doc, like 20 mins. That's what I planned for. I had to wait 30 mins after the nurse checked my vitals for Dr Tam to see me so that meant my apt started at 10am and I finished closer to 1030. Next time I need to understand the timings better so I can plan my day, meetings and calls.
